A LITTLE SOMETHING ABOUT MYSELF
Im Taylor Dale Paul-Cowan I was born March 24th 2010 with HLHS <hypoplastic left heart syndrome> to my mommy Brittany Cowan and daddy Cody Paul I went home for two weeks without my mommy knowing I had HLHS on April 7th I was rushed to Childrens Hospital in Oklahoma City where I stayed for a week before they put me on a jet to come to Dallas Tx Childrens Hosiptal where I have been since April 14th I have had 1 open heart surgery called the Norwood on April 19th I had many complactions so was in CICU for along time at the end of July I had a G-Tube Nissen done because I had bad reflux and wasn't growing very well now I weigh almost 16 pounds and waiting for my 2nd heart surgery called the Glenn then I should be able to go home to my family and friends until I turn 3 or 4 years old then I will have a 3rd surgery called the Fontan after that it should be the end of my surgeries YAY!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE PRAYERS AND SUPPORT YOU HAVE SENT MY MOMMY AND I....
growing up so fast
Taylor will be 7 months on the 24th it really dont seem like we have been in Dallas, Tx this long the Doctors and Nurses keep mentioning that Taylor could possibly go to surgery for his Glenn this upcoming week we are praying that if its the case that everything will work out greatly. Taylor hasnt had any diarrea for two days now yay!! Now i think he is trying to cut some teeth because he is starting to wont everything in his mouth he just chews on his fingers and is a bit fussy just keep the prayers coming god is good and has answered many he has big plans for Taylors life I cant wait to see what those plans are.......
